Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At AtaDiscount, our top priority is your satisfaction. We strive to ensure that you receive the correct and quality product. However, should your purchase not meet your expectations, we are here to help. We encourage you to contact us before initiating a return to avoid unnecessary inconvenience.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

Returns

Our return policy is valid for 7 calendar days from the date of purchase. If 7 days have passed, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

Please note: A 15% handling fee applies to all returned and canceled orders unless the return is due to a fault on our part.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund or exchange:

  • The item must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or damaged on arrival.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • Returns must include all original components (e.g., manuals, accessories).
  • Returns must be sent with a valid Return Authorization Number, which can be obtained by contacting us.
  • For in-store purchases, a receipt must be provided, and returns must be made within 7 days of purchase.

We do not accept returns under the following circumstances:

  • If the item is returned after 7 days of delivery.
  • If the product has been opened or used, especially for hygiene-related items.
  • If the return is made without prior notification.
  • For capital equipment or custom orders.

Clearance (Scratch & Dent) Items

Items sold as clearance, “scratch & dent,” or marked “final sale” are not eligible for refund or return.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items. If you wish to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us at:

Return Shipping Instructions

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless AtaDiscount made an error.
  • Items must be sent to the correct return address listed below. Returns sent to the wrong location may incur additional charges.
  • Do not use PostNet or similar services for returns.
  • We strongly recommend that you insure your return shipment to protect against loss or damage in transit.

Capital Goods & Cancellations

  • Capital goods (e.g., items with serial numbers) come with a 1-year warranty from the date of sale.
  • Cancellations or returns on capital goods will be subject to a 15% handling fee.

Terms & Policies

  • AtaDiscount reserves the right to update prices and product listings based on manufacturer changes, market fluctuations, or typographical errors.
  • All product guarantees and warranties are subject to manufacturer terms.
  • AtaDiscount is not liable for price adjustments by suppliers without prior notice.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the item to be repaired, exchanged, or refunded at no cost to you.
